Reacreditation of calibration laboratory No. 2222

ITC successfully reacredited calibration laboratory No. 2222. ITC obtained these extension to the accreditation: Calibration of electrical parameters at customer and calibration of measuring instruments for temperature - thermocouple simulation method. Link to the accreditation

New Directive 2009/48/EC - toy safety

New Directive 2009/48/EC on toy safety has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The Directive will become effective in EU on the 20th July 2011, with exemption of new chemical requirements that shall apply from 20th July 2013. The ITC has participated on the creating of the Directive and has upgraded its laboratory according to new requirements. Consequently, the ITC is ready to assess a conformity of toys with all 2009/48/EC Directive requirements (including chemical ones) just now.
