ITC ASIA is a representative office for independent testing, certification, calibration, supervisory and inspectional body ITC for whole Asian countries.
ITC is a Notification Body (NB No. 1023) for CE (MDD, AIMDD, IVD, PPE, CPD, LVD, EMC, TOY) and system certification body. ITC is engaged in the following fields:
- Independent certification of management systems and products;
- Product testing services;
- The development of private, national and international standards;
- Management systems training and
- Information for standards and international trade.
ITC's activities are divided into the follwoing divisions:
- Preparation and development of international and country specific standards for system management and products to meet the needs of business and society. ITC is working with government, businesses and consumers. ITC is focusing on providing standards information and dynamic services that add value to business standards, best practices and management systems.
- ITC Management Systems operates worldwide to provide organizations with independent third-party certification of their management systems, including ISO 9001:2000 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 13485 (Medical Quality Management System), ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System). In addition, ITC also offers a range of training services around management systems.
- ITC is internationally prominent for product certification, especially for CE marking - a legal requirement for certain categories of products to be sold within the EU. ITC product certification services exist to help industry develop new and better products and to make sure they meet current and future laws and regulations. Product certification division also offers an exciting new range of schemes aimed at improving quality within service markets.
