HYGIENE TESTING OF THE MATERIALS INTENDED TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH HUMAN SKIN
The laboratory conducts testing and assessment of the materials and products intended to contact with skin according to method described in AHEM No. 3/2000 and according to further Czech and foreign decrees and standards related to assessment of the materials in view of their contact with skin (e.g. Oko ? Tex Standard 100, STN 80 00 55).
Typical range of hygienic properties evaluated by the assessment of products coming into contact with skin includes:
Content of the heavy metals and certain migrating elements, hexavalent chromium, formaldehyde, pesticides, aromatic amines, phthalates, pentachlorophenol, PCB, azo-dyes, colour fastness etc.
ASSESSMENT OF THE MATERIALS INTENDED TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH DRINKING WATER
Laboratory conducts testing and assessment of the materials intended to applications in contact with drinking water according to Ministry of Health Decree No. 37/2001 Coll. setting forth hygienic requirements on the products being directly exposed to drinking water and products used at a drinking water production technology. Range of the testing covers any parameters given by DWD Directive. The leaching methods described in the standards CSN EN ISO 8795 and ENV 852 are mostly used.
ASSESSMENT OF THE MATERIALS INTENDED TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH FOODSTUFFS
The lab routinely conducts testing and assessment of the materials intended to contact with foodstuffs according to the Ministry of Health Decree No. 38/2001 Coll. setting forth hygienic requirements on this type of products. The Decree No. 38/2001 Coll. is in great extent harmonized with appropriate EC directives.
HYGIENE TESTING AND ASSESSMENT OF THE PRODUCTS FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE
The laboratory conducts testing of the toys and products for children according to Ministry of Health Decree No. 84/2001 Coll. setting forth test methods and hygienic requirements on the toys and products for children under 3 years of age. Test results are fully usable as the basis for issue of the declaration of conformity with Decree No. 84/2001 Coll. that is necessary for the introducing of these products on the Czech market.
ASSESSMENT OF THE MATERIALS ACCORDING TO THE CZECH PHARMACOPOEIA
The laboratory conducts tests and assessments of certain materials and products (e.g. pharmaceuticals packaging, parts of syringes and plastic tubing) according to Ministry of Health Decree No. 1/1998 Coll. setting forth requirements for quality, manufacturing process, testing, storage and dosage of the pharmaceuticals . The latest novel of the Decree 1/1998 Coll. in the actual wording is practically identical with the European Pharmacopoeia.
HYGIENE OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT ? MEASUREMENT OF THE WORKPLACE CONDITIONS
Laboratory is able to measure parameters needed for the workplace classification according to the Act No. 155/2000 Coll. in the wording of its executive decrees. The range of the tests covers among others the following items:

FOODSTUFFS ANALYSIS
The laboratory provides for an analysis of wine, coffee and coffee substitutes, spirits, fruits, vegetables and other foodstuffs. It is able to estimate among others content of toxic substances heavy metals and toxic elements, additives, vitamins, antioxidants, preservatives, sugars and saccharine in foodstuffs and drinks.

The ITC client would apply for services using the appropriate application forms, however he would write his own common order.
We would like to offer in above mentioned areas the complete services according to the current standards EN, ISO, CSN, ¡¦, but we are still able to adapt the tests according to customer's requests.
