Evaluation of Products for IKEA Stores
AUTHORIZATION
ITC is an IKEA approved laboratory filed in the list of the subjects with the licence to perform the selected test methods and surveillance for the products supplied into the IKEA stores
Approval is valid for the following methods:
EN 717- 2

Wood-based panels -Determination of formaldehyde release- Part 2: Formaldehyde release by the gas analysis method. |
EN 120
|
Wood-based panels - Determination of formaldehyde content - extraction method called the perforator method. |
SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Client can contact the ITC staff by phone, e-mail, letter or personally |
|
Order can be send by mail, fax or e-mail to the given address |
|
The start of the works shall be subject to: |

order receiving |

mutual acceptance of the price, date of fulfilment and scope of the ITC works |

sample delivery complying with the sampling protocols |
| - |
payment of an advance invoice, unless agreed otherwise |

Sampling and sample identification are governed by the special rules - see sampling protocol EN 717-2 (EN 326-1) or.. sampling protocol EN 120 |

After the testing is completed the testing protocol, in compliance with requirements of the product- and testing- standards defined by IKEA, is issued. The protocol is issued in English language |
|
Testing protocol will be dispatched to client, based on previous agreement, using one of the following ways: |
