TEXTILE TESTING LABORATORY

SCOPE OF LABORATORY ACTIVITIES:

Textile testing laboratory dispose about 150 accredited methods that are used according to costumer´s requests. The mechanical and physical properties, dye fastness in the all range of the textile materials and products are proved in our workplace:

	length textiles ? natural and chemical fibres, spun sewing from the infinite fabrics, knitting yarns
	clothing textiles ? knitted fabrics , textile fabrics
	finished clothes ? underwear and dry goods
	single-part products ? neckwear, stripes and ribbons, ties, hats, socks, table linens
	covering textiles ? covering fabrics and knitted fabrics, upholstering material, bedtickings
	floor textiles ? scaled carpets and for full-area covering, carpet tiles
	other soft furnishings ? decorative textiles, bed linens, bedrolls
	technical textiles ? geotextiles, sail clothes, textiles for thermal and sound isolation
	textiles for vehicles ? car upholstery, seat protections in a mass transportation
	personal protective equipment - clothes and gloves

Testing - selected properties:

	Grains tests (length mass, tensile strength, elasticity, impurities)
	Tests of roving and silvers (length mass, tensile strength, twist, impurities, mass irregularity)
	Tests of yarns and threads (length mass, tensile strength and elongation, twist, knot, loop, mass irregularity, thick places, abrasion resistance, hot air contractibility and ebullience contractibility, absorbability)

Colour fastness tests, materials compositions, content of unwilling components and adducts (formaldehyde, heavy metals, pesticides, PCP, PCB, aromatic amines etc.), pH of water extract, content of lipids, preparation and other analysis can be practised aside from design concept of textiles.
Chosen chemical analysis, tests of health unexceptionable, fire characteristics, tests of ageing are conducted in conjunction with specialized ITC laboratories.

The testing laboratory offers the results of unaccredited methods ? especially in the case of requirements for testing according to special process.
Technical qualification of workplace allows take advantage of device park in many various ways.

TESTING LABORATORY OF LEATHER, FOOTWEAR AND LEATHER FANCY GOODS

SCOPE OF LABORATORY ACTIVITIES:

Testing laboratory of hides, shoes and fancy goods dispose about 80 accredited methods that are used according to customer´s requests.
The mechanical and physical properties, dye fastness in the all range of the shoe manufacturing materials, shoes and fancy goods are proved in our workplace:

	materials - hides, furs, synthetic materials, textiles, plastics, rubbers, veneers etc.
	semi-finished products and components
	final products - shoes, fancy goods, clothes from hides and furry products

Testing - selected properties:

Materials:

	strength test (tensile strength and tensibility, tear strength, strength in the other tear, strength in extraction of stitches, coherence of the material layers, strength of the sewn joints etc.)
	tests of the material surface treatment (correction against the wiping, resistance against the repeated flexure, preparation adhesion, abrasion resistance ? Martindale, constancy of material preparation on the artificial light, resistance of preparation against the higher temperature, against the push, testing of grain break, resistance of preparation against the organic solvents etc.)
	tests of sorptive characteristics (vapour permeability, absorption and desorption, water absorbability etc.)
	tests of the other material and product characteristics (size measurements ? thickness, width, size, high, weight, obdurability, section resistance against the liquid action, amount of volatile substance, properties in camber, torsional rigidity etc.)

Semi-finished products and finished products:

tests of insoling and outsoling materials, outsoles and heels tests of insoling and outsoling materials, outsoles and heels

tests of finished products (determination of water permeability on dynamic conditions, determitation of rigidity, strength of heels affixation, strength of sewn joint, energy absorption of shoes, resistance against compression, strength of outsole affixation, tonagge of fancy goods, resistance against climatic impacts, determination of girth, divergence in sphericity and depressurizationo sports balls, appreciation of construction and design of pram belts, resistance against the corrosion of metal components and other tests)

Chosen chemical analysis, tests of health intoxicity, fire characteristics, tests of ageing are conducted specialized ITC laboratories.
